The Global Living Company, a leading provider of furnishing services to the residential real estate market, today announced the appointment of David Ives as Co-Founder and Managing Director, Middle East and India.
In this leadership role, David will spearhead the company’s strategic partnerships and growth across the Middle East and India, as well as supporting GCC-based investors with their furnishing needs in the UK. His appointment further strengthens the company’s mission to deliver seamless, scalable furnishing solutions to real estate agents, developers, BTR operators, and investors across the globe.
David joins with a strong track record of delivering design-led, commercially agile furnishing strategies to the real estate and interiors sector. Most recently, he served for over three years as Head of Middle East at David Phillips, where he played a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and regional expansion, working closely with clients across the property sector, FF&E contractors and procurement specialists.
