The Global Living Company launches with a focus on APAC and GCC

Industry leader Nicholas (Nick) Gill today announced the official launch of The Global Living Company, a new venture with a bold mission: to become the leading global furnishing services brand supporting large-scale residential developments and living platforms across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) regions.

Along with former colleague Richard Eagleton, the pair have a combined four decades of leadership across the property, furnishing, and operational delivery sectors, Gill and Eagleton bring unmatched experience and a shared vision to a market increasingly shaped by institutional residential investment, design-led living spaces, and demand for turnkey furnishing solutions.

The Global Living Company will focus on Build to Rent, Co-Living, Serviced Apartments, Buy to Let, and emerging residential platforms — providing developers, agents, operators, and asset owners with seamless, scalable furnishing services underpinned by global standards and local execution.

“We’re seeing a fundamental shift in how people live — more urban, more mobile, more design-conscious – and the resulting change in approach by professional investors and asset managers. The Global Living Company exists to serve that future,” said Nick Gill, co-founder and Group CEO, who previously led David Phillips, the UK’s leading furnishing services business, for over two decades.

“Our goal is to help clients unlock value by delivering attractively furnished homes that maximise investor returns — whether it’s 1 unit or 1,000. And we’ll do it with cultural understanding, commercial agility, and world-class delivery,” added Nick.

Headquartered in Dubai, the company has an ambitious roadmap for growth, with market entry strategies underway in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Australia, and Singapore. The venture is backed by a family office with a long-term investment outlook and a commitment to global expansion.

The Global Living Company aims to set a new standard for furnishing services by combining creative interior solutions with end-to-end project delivery, including design, procurement, installation, and lifecycle management — all customised to the unique needs of institutional housing.

This launch marks the start of a new chapter for the furnishing services sector: global in ambition, specialist in focus, and personal in service.
